How fast do Lion products ship?
Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous states. Orders placed and paid by 12 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:01 p.m. PST ship the next business day.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Call or email us and we’ll walk you through the details.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom. Call or email us with any questions; we’re happy to help.
What warranty comes with Lion grills?
Lion grills carry the following warranty for normal residential use. The warranty excludes commercial or rental use, and it does not cover labor.

What are Open Box items?
Open Box items are Lion products with minor cosmetic imperfections, like scratches or dings, sold at reduced prices when available. They work just like new.

What is the free gift?
Every new Lion grill includes a free accessory package: a grill cover, smoker box, rotisserie kit, griddle pan and griddle pan handle, valued at over $350.
Are your islands built to order?
Yes. Size and components can be customized for your yard. The 3-Pc Entertainment Cabana comes in 8, 10, 12 and 14 ft widths.
Natural gas or propane?
Every Lion grill and side burner is available in either natural gas or propane. Just tell us which one you need on your quote request.
