A BBQ island is more than a place to put a grill. Its layout decides where people stand, where they sit, how the cook moves, and whether your backyard feels like a quick weeknight grill spot or the place everyone wants to be on game day. Every Just BBQ Grills island is built to order, and size and components can be customized. Still, it helps to start from a layout. Here are the ones we build, with real prices and who each one suits.
2-Piece L-Shaped Island: $9,995
The 2-Piece L-Shaped Island wraps around a corner, giving the cook a run of counter for the grill and a second leg for prep and storage. The model as shown has a 32″ grill, a double door and a refrigerator in a white stucco finish.
Who it suits: households that want a real outdoor kitchen without taking over the yard. It fits nicely against a patio edge or alongside a pool.

TV / Grill Wall Bar: $9,995
The TV / Grill Wall Bar puts the grill and a TV cove on one wall. It’s a compact way to get the entertainment feel of a bigger build.
Who it suits: smaller yards, side yards and patios where you want the grill and the game in one spot.
Fireplace Island (NG or LP): $8,995.99
The Fireplace Island isn’t about cooking. It’s a gathering point, available in natural gas or propane. Pair it with a grill island, or let it anchor a seating area on its own.
Who it suits: anyone who wants evenings outside to last longer, especially next to an existing patio set.
2-Piece Pass-Thru TV Island: $15,995
A pass-thru layout separates the cook’s side from the guest side with a bar counter. The 2-Piece Pass-Thru TV Island adds a TV wall behind the cook, so guests at the bar face both the food and the screen.
Who it suits: people who like to entertain while they cook and want guests to have a place to sit and hang out, without a roof.
2-Piece Pass-Thru Island with Roof: $19,995
The 2-Piece Pass-Thru Island with Roof adds shade and shelter. The model as shown is 11′ × 8′ with platinum stucco, a white roof, gray accent tile mosaic, a 32″ Lion grill, two double doors and a refrigerator. It’s also available with no roof.
Who it suits: sunny yards and anyone who wants to use the island in more kinds of weather.

3-Piece TV Island: $20,995
The 3-Piece TV Island is the full backyard experience. Our featured build has a 40″ Lion grill, measures 11′ × 10′, and uses gray tile with Spanish accent tile and a 7 × 7 fireplace. Three pieces give you a cooking zone, a bar and a TV wall.
Who it suits: families who host often and want one destination for cooking, eating and watching the game.
3-Piece TV Island with Roof: $24,995
The 3-Piece TV Island with Roof takes the same three-piece layout and covers it. It’s our largest island in the catalog and the closest thing to an outdoor room.
Who it suits: anyone who wants the most complete setup, with shade over the bar and TV.
The 3-Pc Entertainment Cabana
Our signature build, the 3-Pc Entertainment Cabana, comes in 8′ × 10′6″, 10′ × 10′6″, 12′ × 10′6″ and 14′ × 10′6″ sizes. Standard features include a 32″ 4-burner 75,000 BTU Lion grill, an infrared rotisserie burner, an Alumawood roof with front and back rain gutters, a built-in fire feature, a stainless refrigerator, a TV cove with lighted shelves, a 16-gauge galvanized steel frame and plug-n-play electrical. You choose natural gas or propane, no roof, a white roof or a tan roof, and whether the grill island is as shown or flipped.
Who it suits: people who want a complete, covered entertainment space built to a proven design.
How to choose
